• Public listings for beaches, campsites, events, and articles.
• Search, filters, maps, and supporting informational pages.
• User accounts with event creation and management features.
• Contact forms and inaccuracy reporting tools.

2. Registration and Access

• Certain features require an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
• A verified email may be required before publishing events.
• Account sharing and unauthorized access are prohibited.

3. Social Sign-In

The platform may allow sign-in via Google, Facebook, and Apple. Use of those services is also subject to each provider's terms and policies.

4. Event Publishing and User Content

• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and relevance of content you publish.
• Illegal, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful content is prohibited.
• You must not upload third-party copyrighted material without proper rights.
• Moderators may edit, limit, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Content Rights

By uploading content, you represent that you have the required rights and grant a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform for service operation purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting unauthorized access or interfering with platform security.
• Scraping or automated extraction in violation of law or platform rules.
• Distributing malware, spam, or deceptive content.
• Impersonating other persons or organizations.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Content is provided for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plajovete is not liable for damages resulting from use of the platform, including reliance on posted information.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or features when these terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian law, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

11. Terms Updates

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
