Shabla
The Municipality of Shabla is the easternmost corner of Bulgaria, charming with its raw beauty, endless horizons, and a sense of absolute tranquility. Among the most interesting attractions are the oldest functioning lighthouse on the Black Sea at Cape Shabla, the Shabla and Durankulak lakes, which are ornithological sites of global importance, the archaeological park on the "Big Island" in Durankulak, and the healing mud of the Shabla Tuzla.
